Eurowise's solution to lifting your G-Class is here!!!

We put together this this lift kit for your W463 after many installation and test vehicles throughout the years.

We've combined all the knowledge of lifting tons of G-Wagen's and here the combination of hardware we recommend for your G-Class.

Integrating Fox Shocks into this kit helps to improve the ride quality and control on a lifted vehicle. Installing Eurowise 4-5.5 inch lift kit allows you to run a larger wheel and tire without sacrificing the wheel wells or fenders. We recommend 33" max on 2.5" ( 60mm ) of lift and for 35" tires on 4 inches of lift (100mm)
When lifting above 4 inches (100mm + ) you must replace your brake lines with extended ones. Please select from drop down box

Eurowise built G-wagen (W463) Chassis front and rear track bars

They utilizes a double adjuster so you don't have to remove the arm each time to adjust the bar.
All the other ones we've seen on the market are just single adjusters and it's a PITA if you've ever tried aligning these yourself. Taking it on and off and rechecking the alignment specs each time is a chore.
It comes equipped with OEM bushings and mandrel bent in the same fashion as OE.

Fox Steering Stabilizer:

On lifts that are greater than 100mm, we strongly recommend a brake lines & locker lines kit for a couple of reasons:

  1. Stronger: These steel flex brake lines & locker lines are stronger than the original equipment (OE) brake lines provide a firmer pedal feel with easier braking power as a result of reduced expansion in the brake lines. Many Viking customers comment on the noticeable before and after improvement.
  2. Longer: These brake lines & locker lines are suited to match changes to your truck's suspension that are intended for a lift. Those upgrades include:

  1. If you have a G55, please e-mail us your VIN so that we can confirm whether your truck needs eight lines or ten lines.
  2. Locker line lengths for W460s and W461s cannot be verified through use of the VIN, so Viking cannot provide locker lines to accompany the longer brake lines for those trucks. You will need to find a solution to the locker lines if you lift your truck more than 1.5" (40mm). For this reason lifting your W460 / W461 with the ORC-Eibach lift kit THOR lift/leveling kit is a little more complicated to handle than lifting a W463 with either of those lift kits. At the moment, Viking is unable to assist you with resolving the locker line issue for a W460 / W461.

To determine which of these kits is appropriate for your vehicle except for the G55 as noted above, see the chart below. Note the body type of your vehicle. Then, if necessary, note the year and whether it has drum or disc brakes. If you have a W463, also determine the number of channels for your anti-lock brakes (ABS).

Some of this information may be available through a VIN checker like https://www.searchquarry.com/vin-decoder/, but Viking cannot vouch for the accuracy of that information. For more certainty, check with your vehicle manufacturer or user's manual for help in determining what your vehicle has.

When lifting the w463 chassis and installing bigger tires, the speedometer will be off 5-8 MPH depending on tire size. Also, you will may lose the use of your dynamic cruise control due to the front camera sensor being out of range. In some cases you can have the Mercedes dealership recalibrate the front camera to work again depending on tire size.

This lift was relatively easy to install. I had to purchase some simple spring compression tools from the local parts house, and only needed a handful of basic hand tools. The G looks great and has good clearance with the 34” BFGs. It rides good. There is body roll but it’s nearly identical to how it handled before it was lifted. I am very happy.
