EXD Suspension is designed to use the OEM front and rear upper shock mount bracket, bushing. and spring isolator. We engineered the suspension to reuse the OEM bushing and mounts to increase ride comfort and also reduce manufacturing costs so we can pass onto the customer. If you want to completely overhaul the entire shock assembly we have an option to add brand new shock mounts and bushings that will be included with your EXD Coilovers. ( See photo below of components )

You will still need to install them onto the shocks during the time of installation.

Developed in collaboration with Dobinsons Spring & Suspension, the Eurowise ExD Coilover Lift Suspension is a purpose-built system engineered specifically for the Cayenne platform—not a retrofitted off-the-shelf kit. Designed from the ground up, this system delivers unmatched strength, ride quality, and adjustability with no subframe drop required.

Featuring heavy-duty coil springs, reinforced 10mm-thick shock forks (double the OEM thickness), and monotube shocks with 50mm high-flow pistons, this system is built for serious off-road use while maintaining exceptional street comfort. Internally valved for smoother performance than OEM, the ExD system improves articulation, handling, and control—even at high speeds on rough terrain.

The threaded shock bodies allow you to dial in 1.5 to 3 inches of lift solely through the coilover, offering full flexibility based on your setup—including the added weight of bumpers, roof tents, or spare tires. A proprietary spring design ensures maximum spindle clearance at full droop, while the enhanced bump and droop travel keep you within Porsche’s original suspension design parameters.

Constructed with CNC-machined billet aluminum pistons, composite wear bands, and a 3-stage FKM HNBR sealing system, these coilovers are fade-resistant, corrosion-protected, and built to last. This race-inspired setup requires no constant rebuilding and stands up to the most demanding environments.

Installation Note:
If reusing your original front and rear upper shock mounts, inspect the bushings for wear before installation, as worn components may impact ride quality. Replace if necessary to ensure optimal performance.
