Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Eurowise LLC reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If payment has already been processed, a full refund for the incorrect amount will be issued.

Returns & Cancellations

All returns, cancellations, and refund requests are subject to the terms outlined in our published Shipping & Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.
Please note that custom-built or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

International Orders

All international buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance, brokerage fees, or related charges imposed by their country. Eurowise LLC is not liable for any delays, returns, or costs arising from failure to comply with local import requirements.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

Term; Termination

These terms apply upon your access to the site and/or completion of the registration or checkout process. Eurowise LLC may terminate or suspend these terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The provisions related to Copyright, Trademarks, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous shall survive termination.

Statute of Limitations

Any claim or cause of action arising from the use of this site (including product purchases) must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
