Refund & Return Policy
We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To initiate a return, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form by contacting us directly. This form must be included with your return shipment.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will be issued once the returned item(s) have been inspected and confirmed to meet our return criteria. If any damage is discovered or the item does not meet eligibility, the refund may be adjusted accordingly.
Please note: If you're purchasing parts for a future build, the 30-day return window still applies.
Returns for Installed or Attempted Fitment Items
Items that have been installed or test-fitted but remain undamaged may still be returned within 30 days, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If a powder-coated item has scratches or cracks, a 10% re-coating fee will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Used items or items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund unless covered under warranty. Customized built to order items are ineligible for returns or refunds.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Do not install, modify, or repair the item.

Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order at info@eurowise.com.

Keep the product in its original packaging and retain all shipping materials.

Be prepared to provide photos or video documentation of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Upon review, we may provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or exchange after verifying the defect was not caused by misuse. Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items damaged during freight shipment may require courier pickup coordination.
Please note: Refunds, returns, or exchanges under this section do not apply to warranty claims. Warranty terms are governed separately by the product manufacturer or Eurowise’s warranty policy.
Damaged Shipments
- If your item was damaged in transit:
- Contact info@eurowise.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Keep the original packaging and contents intact.
- Take detailed photos of the damaged box and products.
- Make a list of damaged or missing items.
- If applicable, write “Subject to Inspection” on the Bill of Lading and have the delivery driver sign it.
Do not return any shipment without approval. If we determine that the damage is carrier-related, we will initiate a claim and assist with a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
If your order is canceled before it has been fulfilled, a 5% processing fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable merchant and credit card fees.
If you cancel an item within a multi-item order without canceling the entire order, a 5% processing fee will apply.
Built-to-order items (such as bumpers and rock sliders) may not be canceled after 72 hours of purchase, as they enter the fabrication queue and become non-refundable without exception.
Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If you receive a tracking number but do not receive your item, contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. All shipments are insured, and claims must be filed within this window.
International Orders
All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, regardless of whether they are known at the time of purchase. Charges assessed after the fact or as a result of refused delivery will also be billed to the buyer.
We do not refund shipping costs or customs fees for returned or refused international shipments.
Store Credit & Exchanges

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date and can only be used toward products on the Eurowise website.

Exchanges are credited at the current product price at the time of the return.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or refund.
Refund Form of Payment
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Wire). If this is not possible, we will process the refund via ACH bank transfer, which requires banking details.
Eurowise reserves the right to offer store credit instead if a refund cannot be processed using the original or ACH method. Please allow 5–7 business days for a refund to reflect on your account.
