This premium kit includes an all-aluminum thermostat housing and cover, complete with all necessary gaskets and new hardware for a seamless installation. Designed to eliminate the common issues of cracking and leaking associated with the OEM plastic housing and cap, this kit provides unmatched durability and peace of mind.

For Touareg models, we also offer dual-nipple aluminum crack pipes. Please note, when purchasing for the Touareg, we will include the plastic thermostat cap/cover as an aluminum version is not available.

Important Notes:

• Each housing is individually machined to remove burrs and sharp edges from the casting process. The flange design may vary slightly from the photos provided.
• Proper fitment is essential. If using a crack pipe not purchased from us, it may interfere with the block, preventing proper flange installation. We recommend using our aluminum crack pipe for the best fitment. Alternatively, you can modify the back of your crack pipe to ensure clearance.
