These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of Shop Eurowise (“Shop Eurowise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a trade name of Wise Groups LLC.
By accessing or using this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Warranty Policy, Shipping & Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

Warranty Disclaimer
Except for any express limited warranty provided under Shop Eurowise's published Warranty Policy or an applicable third-party manufacturer's warranty, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this site and products sold through it are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Shop Eurowise disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Shop Eurowise does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free site operation or that the site or its server is free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the use or results of the site’s materials in terms of accuracy, reliability, or usefulness.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these disclaimers may not apply to you.
Third-Party Products
Shop Eurowise resells certain products manufactured by independent third parties. Shop Eurowise does not manufacture, design, engineer, test, or control the manufacture of these products and does not assume responsibility for defects, failures, malfunctions, design deficiencies, or manufacturing defects attributable to third-party products.
Third-party products are subject to the warranty, if any, provided by the applicable manufacturer. Shop Eurowise does not provide an independent warranty for third-party products. Any manufacturer warranty, representation, specification, compatibility information, performance claim, or other statement originating from a third-party manufacturer remains subject to that manufacturer's terms and does not constitute an independent warranty or guarantee by Shop Eurowise.
Shop Eurowise may, as a courtesy, assist customers with communication or coordination of a manufacturer warranty claim. Such assistance does not constitute an assumption of the manufacturer's warranty obligations, an admission of defect or liability, or a guarantee of repair, replacement, refund, credit, or any other remedy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shop Eurowise shall not be responsible for labor, diagnostics, installation or removal costs, towing, storage, vehicle downtime, loss of use, rental expenses, damage to other components, lost profits, or other incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the defect, failure, malfunction, installation, use, or removal of a third-party product.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shop Eurowise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, installation, use, misuse, malfunction, defect, failure, removal, repair, or replacement of any product sold through this site. This includes, without limitation, labor or diagnostic charges, installation or removal costs, towing, storage, vehicle downtime, loss of use, rental vehicle expenses, lost profits or revenue, and damage to other vehicle components.
For products manufactured by Shop Eurowise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shop Eurowise's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the product or transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Shop Eurowise for the product giving rise to the claim.
For third-party products, Shop Eurowise does not assume the manufacturer's liability for defects, failures, malfunctions, design deficiencies, or manufacturing defects, and any warranty rights or remedies are subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Certain jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Shop Eurowise reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If payment has already been processed, a full refund for the incorrect amount will be issued.
Order Acceptance
Submission of an order and receipt of an order confirmation do not constitute final acceptance of an order by Shop Eurowise. Shop Eurowise reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order prior to shipment or commencement of production for legitimate business reasons, including pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, supplier or manufacturer discontinuation, shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order as represented.
If Shop Eurowise cancels an order after payment has been received and before fulfillment, the amount paid for the canceled merchandise will be refunded to the original payment method, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law or agreed with the customer.
Product Availability & Lead Times
Product availability, estimated lead times, production schedules, and estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Made-to-order products, backordered items, and third-party manufacturer products may experience production, supplier, or transportation delays outside Shop Eurowise's control.
A delay does not constitute a product defect or create liability for vehicle downtime, loss of use, rental expenses, labor costs, lost profits, or other incidental or consequential expenses. Any cancellation remains subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policies.
Returns & Cancellations
All returns, cancellations, and refund requests are subject to the terms outlined in our published Shipping & Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.
Please note that custom-built or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Customers must obtain any required return authorization before returning merchandise. Shipping, delivering, or otherwise returning a product to Shop Eurowise without authorization does not constitute acceptance of the return, approval of a refund, warranty claim, credit, or exchange, or an admission that the product is defective. Unauthorized returns may be refused, held pending further instructions, or returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Receipt or possession of returned merchandise by Shop Eurowise does not waive any applicable return, cancellation, or warranty terms.
International Orders
All international buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance, brokerage fees, or related charges imposed by their country. Shop Eurowise is not liable for any delays, returns, or costs arising from failure to comply with local import requirements.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
Installation, Vehicle Modification & Customer Responsibility
Automotive aftermarket, performance, suspension, and off-road products may alter a vehicle's handling, braking, suspension geometry, ride characteristics, reliability, safety systems, emissions compliance, or other operating characteristics. The purchaser is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate and compatible with the purchaser's vehicle and intended use.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products should be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions. Shop Eurowise is not responsible for damage, failure, injury, or additional expense resulting from improper installation, misuse, incorrect application, unauthorized modification, failure to follow installation instructions, or continued operation of a vehicle after a known or reasonably apparent problem develops.
The purchaser is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations concerning the installation and use of aftermarket, performance, or off-road products.
Product Fitment & Compatibility
Vehicle fitment and compatibility can vary based on model year, trim level, factory options, prior modifications, vehicle condition, production changes, and other factors. Customers are responsible for reviewing product fitment information and providing accurate vehicle information before purchase.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing by Shop Eurowise, identification of a product as compatible with a particular vehicle does not guarantee compatibility with every vehicle configuration or with other aftermarket modifications. Third-party manufacturer fitment and compatibility information is provided based on information supplied by the applicable manufacturer and does not constitute an independent warranty or guarantee by Shop Eurowise.
Product Specifications & Manufacturer Changes
Third-party manufacturers may modify product designs, specifications, materials, finishes, components, packaging, or production methods without prior notice to Shop Eurowise. Product images and descriptions are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product but may not reflect minor manufacturer revisions or production changes.
Shop Eurowise is not responsible for manufacturer-initiated changes outside of its control, provided that such changes do not materially alter the product ordered or otherwise create rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Manufacturer Recalls & Product Notices
Third-party product recalls, safety notices, service campaigns, technical bulletins, or manufacturer-directed corrective actions are controlled by the applicable manufacturer. Shop Eurowise does not control the issuance, scope, eligibility requirements, or remedies associated with such manufacturer actions.
When Shop Eurowise receives applicable notice from a manufacturer, Shop Eurowise may reasonably assist in communicating available information to affected customers. Any repair, replacement, refund, credit, or other remedy associated with a third-party manufacturer recall or corrective action remains subject to the manufacturer's applicable program and terms, except as otherwise required by law.
Term; Termination
These terms apply upon your access to the site and/or completion of the registration or checkout process. Shop Eurowise may terminate or suspend these terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including Copyright, Trademarks, Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any accrued rights or obligations, shall survive termination.

Shop Eurowise may provide notice to you via email, a general notice on the website, or by other reliable methods to the contact information provided by you.
Use of Site
Harassment of any kind, including through email, chat, or offensive language, is prohibited. Impersonating a Shop Eurowise employee or another user is also strictly forbidden.
You may not upload or share any content that is:

Participation Disclaimer
Shop Eurowise does not review all user-generated content and is not responsible for what is posted by users. By allowing interactive areas, Shop Eurowise acts as a passive conduit and assumes no liability for user-submitted content. However, we reserve the right to block or remove content that is:

Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shop Eurowise, Wise Groups LLC, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and representatives from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or unlawful use of any product; (c) your failure to follow applicable installation instructions, warnings, or manufacturer requirements; or (d) your resale or transfer of a product in a manner that gives rise to a third-party claim.

This site may contain links to third-party websites. Shop Eurowise is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites. Accessing them is at your own risk. We welcome feedback about third-party links or broken content.
Events Beyond Our Control
Shop Eurowise shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including manufacturer or supplier delays, product shortages, transportation or carrier disruptions, customs delays, labor disputes, natural disasters, severe weather, governmental actions, import or export restrictions, utility or telecommunications failures, or other circumstances beyond Shop Eurowise's reasonable control.
Such events do not create liability for consequential or incidental damages, vehicle downtime, loss of use, rental expenses, lost profits, or other costs arising from a delay. Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
Shop Eurowise reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service and any incorporated policies from time to time. Changes will become effective when posted to the website unless otherwise stated.
The Terms and policies in effect at the time an order is placed will generally govern that transaction, except where a subsequent change is required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by the customer and Shop Eurowise. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms with respect to future use and transactions.
Entire Agreement & Incorporated Policies
These Terms of Service, together with the Warranty Policy, Shipping & Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between the customer and Shop Eurowise relating to use of this site and purchases made through it.
These Terms and incorporated policies supersede prior or contemporaneous communications concerning the same subject matter, except for specific written agreements expressly authorized by Shop Eurowise. No oral statement, informal communication, technical assistance, installation advice, or customer-service communication modifies these Terms or creates an additional warranty or obligation unless expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Shop Eurowise.
No Waiver
Any failure or delay by Shop Eurowise in exercising or enforcing any right, remedy, provision, or requirement under these Terms or any incorporated policy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Any exception, accommodation, courtesy assistance, refund, credit, replacement, shipping assistance, or other resolution provided by Shop Eurowise in a particular instance is discretionary and does not modify these Terms, establish a continuing obligation, or create a precedent for any other transaction or claim.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles or the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of this site or purchase of Shop Eurowise products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
Statute of Limitations
Any claim or cause of action arising from the use of this site (including product purchases) must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
