Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy
Overview
This warranty applies exclusively to Eurowise-manufactured products. Any third-party items or components not made by Eurowise are excluded and may be subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Eurowise warrants to the original purchaser that products purchased through its online store will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms and limitations described below.
Coverage Terms
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Eurowise offers a limited lifetime warranty on all components and fabricated parts—such as structural metals, welds, and machined components—against defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
One-Year Warranty – Wear Items
Items subject to wear and tear—such as bushings, uni-balls, Heim joints, and similar components—are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
One-Year Finish Warranty
The product’s finish (coating, powder coat, etc.) is covered for 12 months against peeling, cracking, or significant fading. This excludes damage caused by neglect, misuse, chemicals, or natural wear from exposure to elements.
All products replaced under warranty will be covered by the remaining portion of the original warranty - not a new warranty.
Remedies
If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Eurowise will, at its sole discretion:
-
Repair the defective part or component,
-
Replace the product with an equivalent model, or
-
Refund the original purchase price (less any shipping or handling charges, if applicable).
Any repaired or replaced item will continue under warranty for the remainder of the original coverage period.

This warranty does not cover:
-
Misuse, accidents, abuse, or improper installation

Core Charges
Built to order products are subject to a core charge before a warranty repair or replacement is issued.
Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:
1. Contact Eurowise by email: info@eurowise.com within the warranty coverage period
2. Include: your name, order number, purchase date, a description of the issue, and clear photos
3. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be issued. Unauthorized returns may be denied.
4. Return the product as instructed; shipping costs may apply.
5. After inspection, Eurowise will repair, replace, or refund if the claim is approved. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Warranty issues must be reported within 30 days of discovery.
Limitations of Liability
The remedies provided above are the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Eurowise’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eurowise disclaims:
-
Any other express or implied warranties
-
Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply in all cases.
Shipping Terms for Warranty Claims
The standard warranty period is one (1) year from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified. Shop Eurowise covers manufacturer defects only and does not provide warranty coverage for issues resulting from improper installation, modifications, misuse, or vehicle-related failures.
All warranty claims are handled at the sole discretion of Shop Eurowise. Customers must contact Shop Eurowise first regarding any warranty issue so it can be addressed promptly.
For warranty claims submitted within 30 days of delivery, customers have two options:
- The customer purchases a replacement product upfront at full cost. The original item must then be returned to Shop Eurowise or the supplier for inspection. Once the returned product is received and verified, a full refund will be issued for the product cost (excluding shipping).
- The customer returns the product to Shop Eurowise or the supplier for inspection. After the warranty claim is approved, a repaired or replacement product will be sent to the customer.
If the defective product has already been replaced through another source, Shop Eurowise will issue store credit for the approved warranty item once it has been received and inspected.
For warranty claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to either Shop Eurowise or the designated supplier. Approved warranty items must be shipped within 14 days of receiving return authorization.
Certain manufacturers may require a certified shop diagnosis and supporting documentation describing the defect or issue before a warranty claim can be reviewed. All returned items must include original packaging, labels, hardware, and any accompanying paperwork.
Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Shop Eurowise reserves the right to determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced. Refunds are not issued for warranty claims.
All warranty returns are subject to inspection and testing. In some cases, items may be forwarded to the manufacturer for further evaluation. Warranty approval is not guaranteed until this process is complete. If a claim is denied, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Shop Eurowise is not liable for any damage resulting from the use or misuse of products sold. This includes, but is not limited to, incidental, consequential, or indirect costs such as labor, installation, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on international shipments.
Only the original defective product—verified to be within the warranty period—will be eligible for replacement. Shop Eurowise does not cover or replace any additional items damaged as a result of product failure or improper use.
Replacement items will only be shipped to the original delivery address. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with warranty inspections or repairs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Warranty Claims
-
For international claims, customs, duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
-
Eurowise is not responsible for customs delays or associated costs during international warranty processing.
Shipping Discrepancies & Transparency
Eurowise uses competitive carrier rates, including negotiated pricing with major carriers. All shipping reimbursements reflect actual costs paid, not estimated rates. Reimbursements will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed upon.
