07K AC Delete Kit – Complete Belt Solution

The 07K AC Delete Kit, developed in collaboration with Dumpy Bunny Designs, offers a comprehensive solution for removing the AC compressor while ensuring proper belt alignment and function.

Key Features:

• Eliminates the AC compressor, simplifying the belt system
• Upgraded billet dual-belt alternator pulley replaces the OEM pulley
• Includes an essential idler pulley for the outer drive belt, along with required hardware and spacer
• Repurposes the OEM AC idler pulley, strategically repositioned for cost efficiency and easier maintenance

Installation Notes:

• A clutched alternator pulley removal tool is required to remove the OEM alternator pulley (available on eBay and Amazon for as little as $15)
• Kit includes all necessary hardware, a billet alternator pulley, and both drive belts for a complete installation

Fitment/Vehicle Compatibility:

• Designed to work with MK1 07K swap mount kits
• Fits MK4, MK5, and MK6 platforms
• Not compatible with engines using a power steering pump bracket
• MK2 and MK3 applications may require additional frame rail clearance, depending on the mounting kit used
