Tubular Front Bumper for the third Generation Porsche Cayenne (9Y0)

For the rear bumper, we designed it to be compatible with or without a tow hitch, offering the same towing capacity as the OEM unit but providing over 3 inches of additional ground clearance compared to the stock placement. We integrated the OEM parking sensor mounts into the bumper, although the outer sensor harnesses will need to be extended, while the center sensors fit directly.

Using CNC-formed sheet metal, we created a diffuser-style center section with cutouts for the OEM parking sensors. This design maintains the look of the OEM rear bumper but adds an off-road twist. To match the OEM aesthetics, we 3D-printed center and outer grills that allow the sensors to snap in place.

The result is a rear bumper that enhances both style and functionality, offering improved departure angle and clearance while being exceptionally durable and rugged.
