GEN 1 - BILLET FRONT UPPER CONTROL ARMS - CAYENNE/TOUAREG

We have developed our Baja Series billet upper control arms specifically for the 2004-2010 Cayenne / Touareg / Q7 Gen1 with steel spring suspensions (with an upcoming option for air springs). These arms have undergone extensive design and refinement processes to meet our strict quality standards. By utilizing CAD design and precision machining, we have incorporated new design elements and features. Our control arms are CNC machined from high-grade 6061 billet aluminum, known for its aerospace quality.

Similar to our tubular arms, we utilize larger, high-quality uniballs with a PTFE liner to enhance strength, along with stainless steel misalignment components to maximize wheel travel. Unlike other companies that rely on cheaper and smaller imports, our control arms are proudly made in the USA and offer superior performance. To ensure a precise fit, we employ model-specific spacers made from heat-treated stainless steel, which perfectly match the factory taper. These spacers have a one-piece design for added durability, requiring no drilling or modifications during installation.

VEHICLES RUNNING THIS SETUP ON LONGER THAN OEM TRAVEL SHOCKS MUST INSTALL LIMITING STRAPS FOR DROOP. THESE CONTROL ARMS HAVE MORE THAN THAN STOCK SO ALL THE UNSPRUNG WEIGHT WILL BE ON THE HARDWARE. WE CANNOT WARRANTY ANY PRODUCTS IF THE VEHICLE IS NOT SETUP PROPERLY
