KING 6.5" COMPLETE LIFT KIT - G WAGEN - W460/W461/W463

Our complete solution to lift your G-Class 2002-2018 6.5 inches!

The only 6.5 inch lift kit available on the market! Tried and tested. We have developed these adjustable reservoir shocks with King.

1. JWO W463 Chassis 5" Lift Springs with 40mm Lift Spacers Combined

Springs are ISO 9001 certified and TUV approved and are crafted from a special spring steel to ensure premium quality and performance.

2. King Adjustable Shocks Eurowise Custom Spec

We've teamed up with King to design these G-Class specific shocks for our 6.5 inch lift kits. These are not off the shelf King Shocks. We have optimized the amount of up and down travel on the G-Class chassis, while most guys are selling off the shelf shocks only designed for 2" lifts and stuffing a 4" lift spring and maxing out the shocks travel. These are designed for maximum efficiency for 100mm (4 inch) lifts.

*Heat shield requires modifications to clear piggy back hose for reservoir.

3. Eurowise Built G Wagen (W463) Chassis Front & Rear Track Bars

Utilizes a double adjuster so you don't have to remove the arm each time to adjust the bar. All the other ones we've seen on the market are just single adjusters and it's a PITA if you've ever tried aligning these yourself. Taking it on and off and rechecking the alignment specs each time is a chore. Comes equipped with Stiffer Polyurethane bushings and the tubing is DOM Mandrel bent in the same fashion as OE.

4. Eurowise W463 Lift Radius Arms

When lifting a G Wagen, having proper caster is a MUST! When driving a lifted G-Wagen with even a 2 inch lift, it becomes less stable and harder to control at higher speeds. Unfortunately, there are no factory adjustments on G Wagens to fix this. We developed this replacement radius arm (control arm) and greatly improved it over OE specifications.

Sway bar mounts are welded on in addition to built-in headlight level brackets which aren't found on our competitors' arms. We've decreased the radius chassis mount angle to make installation easier and reduce the stress on the radius arm under extreme conditions. These radius arms will add up to 5 degrees caster on 4 inch lifts.

5. Eurowise Extended Brake Lines

Our brake lines are built from stainless braided hose which exceed OEM life. DOT approved fittings and compression fittings will last you a lifetime. All fittings are OEM fitment so retaining clips are reused. Longer lines are needed during high flex situations.

SEEN BELOW WITH 35X12.50.18 TIRES WITH TONS OF ROOM TO SPARE. CAN EASILY CLEAR 37X13.50'S WITH PROPER WHEEL OFFSET. ADD WIDER FLARES TO ACHIEVE 4X4 SQUARED LOOK.

NOTE: Lifting the G over 6.5 inches from stock will not handle like OEM - your handling and driving characteristics will be greatly changed. Although we include radius arms to bring the alignment as close as possible back to stock specs, it will not drive like a stock height G-Class.
