THERMOSTAT HOUSING (CAST) - VR6 (24V/12V)

This is the most reliable VW/Audi Thermostat Housing Kit you will find for the MK4 12v/24v VR6 motor.

Our thermostat kit is all aluminum including the housing and thermostat cover, all the gaskets needed when replacing your housing and new hardware to replace your old worn hardware. These parts will eliminate the plastic thermostat housing and cap that is prone to cracking and leaking. Also available now for the Touareg dual nipple aluminum crack pipes. When purchased for Touareg we will send you the plastic thermostat cap/cover. We do not have a aluminum thermostat cover/cap.

NOTE: Housings are individually machined and cleaned of burrs and sharp metal edges from casting process. Your flange may differ from the photos shown.

Not all crack pipes are treated equally. If you are having fitment issues with a crack pipe you didn't purchase from us the crack pipe may be hitting the block causing the flange not to fit. Make sure you use our aluminum crack pipe or you can resolve this by grinding the back of the crack pipe to clear the block.
