Tubular Front Bumper for the first Generation Volkswagen Touareg (T1)

Built on our sturdy 3/8" thick winch mounting plate, these bumpers are made in house with 1.5" DOM tubing that is CNC bent for the best possible fit and finish- no kinks or creases. Built to order with any combination of the following options-

• Bull bar
  • Welded to the main tube and made of the same durable .120" wall tubing
• Front skid plate
  • Bolt-on and fully removable 3/16" plate
  • Light Mounts
    • • Welded on for mounting lights on either main bar or bull bar
      • If clamp on is desired you can purchase 1.5 tube mount brackets online. we've designed the front skid with provisions to mount lights on the tubes
• Intercooler protection plates
  
  • Smaller skids welded to driver and passenger side openings in bumper 
    

Increases approach angle while improving the front end aesthetic. 2 eyelets are welded to the main bumper tube for reliable recovery. 

These bumpers are installed in place of the factory bumper bar and are 100% bolt on, no welding is required and OE style radiator support tabs are included. Minor trimming to your fan shroud may be required but is not visible.

If you plan on running 34+ inch tires please leave a note mentioning this at checkout, your bumper will be cut shorter for clearance.

If you are charged a dollar amount at checkout please note that this is not your final shipping cost, We will reach out when the bumper has been built and is ready to ship to collect shipping cost. Typical cost for a domestic freight shipment is $400-700 and $1200-$2500 for international, depending on destination. Additionally, shipping to a residential address will be more expensive than a business/commercial address, especially if a forklift is unavailable.

One of the more difficult aspects of installing an aftermarket bumper onto a Touareg, Cayenne, or Q7 is installing the radiator retaining clip in an almost impossible place to reach your hands into. With intercoolers this task becomes almost impossible.

With the design of this clip eliminator, the radiator is retained from the front of the core support and installs in minutes, saving you from damaging your radiator, radiator mounting clip, intercoolers, or yourself.
