Eurowise Driveshaft Tunnel Brace for the second-generation Porsche Cayenne and Volkswagen Touareg

We’ve finalized our driveshaft drop spacers and tunnel brace for the 958 chassis, they can be purchased as part of our transmission drop spacer kit or separately if your transmission has already been dropped.

What Does It Do?

In combination with our transmission drop spacers. It re-aligns the driveshaft with the front and rear differential after installing an inch or more of subframe drop. 

Do I Need It?

After years of testing on the 958 chassis, we’ve found that some customers experience slight drivetrain vibrations or driveshaft boot tears, particularly in higher-mileage vehicles. Worn driveshaft joints or cracked boots can cause grease to sling out and create vibrations under the car which wears the joints prematurely. 

If you’ve installed a 1" or larger subframe drop on your 958 / T3, this product is for you. If you’re not experiencing the symptoms mentioned above you may not need it immediately; however if you want to extend the life of your driveshaft, we highly recommend it.

Our solution? 

Dropping the center support bearing and transmission to align with your transmission drop’s thickness. This adjustment helps reduce these issues and ensures smoother operation. 

Our drop spacers are compatible with both OEM and JXB upgraded center support bearing types, ensuring a quick and hassle-free installation.
