SUS TDI Rail & Injector Caps for Gen2 3.0 TDI VW Engines
These caps eliminate the risk of contamination of the high pressure fuel line when removing the intake manifold. Compatible with TDI injectors and most male threaded connections in TDI and BMW fuel systems.
Two Caps are included with the SUS TDI GEN2 EGR COOLER DELETE KIT (3.0 TDI GEN2 2013+)

Free STEP Model for Printing at Home
- For those printing at home, PLA work work perfectly fine if you don’t have PETG or other HC-compatible filament.
- Do no print with larger than 0.6mm nozzle on FDM printers.
- Standard 15% infill is sufficient.
- Diesel does dissolve PLA albeit very slowly. These are not submerged in diesel or oil though, so PLA will do just fine for temporary application.
